Prejuvenation in your 20s

The strongest case in aesthetic medicine is for doing less, earlier. Small, consistent habits age far more beautifully than dramatic late intervention.

“Prejuvenation” simply means caring for skin and structure before there’s much to correct. It isn’t about looking different in your twenties — it’s about giving your fifties an easier starting point.

Less, but sooner

In practice this is unglamorous and effective: daily SPF, a considered skincare routine, perhaps occasional skin boosters for hydration, and very conservative, well-spaced treatments only where genuinely useful. Quantity is not the goal; consistency is.

The face that ages best is usually the one that was treated least, but cared for most.

It also means resisting trends. The strongest, most modern thing you can do for a young face is protect it and leave it largely alone — and have someone honest tell you when that’s the right answer.
